Calling all musical fanatics. This bungee fitness class is for you! All of our songs and routines will be from Hamilton, The Musical. You are encouraged to sing-a-long (Coach Kassie will be!) and wear your favorite Hamilton Garb (optional). During this class, you will wear a harness connected to a bungee that hangs from the ceiling. You will bounce, dance, and jump your way through this fun workout. This class will have a low-to-moderate intensity level.
This class is $32 or you can use a membership to sign up. Check out all class pass options on sdaerialarts.com.
Class size is limited to 9 participants.

Please park on the south side of the building and enter through Door F. South Dakota Aerial & Arts is located in the previous Franklin Elementary School.
