Halton Short Breaks Outdoors (Seniors age 12-17)

This session is due to take place on Saturday 29th November and will include abseiling at Vibe Outdoors!

PLEASE NOTE - this session is weather dependant. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast and will keep you updated if we need to update session activities.

Please note: This programme is ONLY available to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who live within the Halton Borough and are eligible for Short Breaks.

Places are limited to 12 young people each time and the session will be aimed at young people aged 12-17 years - don't worry if you're older, if the session is appropriate for you, then you won't be turned away! We have a senior club also available for this programme.

We will work with young people to identify the activity focus of future sessions.

Travel arrangements:

• Runcorn - Minibus will collect young people at: 12:20pm from Vibe [Halton], Old Police Station, Mersey Road, WA7 1DF. Returning at: 3:30pm
• Widnes - Minibus will collect young people at: 12:30pm from McDonalds, Moor Lane, WA8 7AP. Returning at: 3:20pm

What to bring:

• Wear some comfortable clothes you won't mind getting dirty along with some training/running shoes!

• Waterproof coat.

• Any snacks you might want along with something to drink.

*All relevant safety equipment will be provided, e.g., climbing shoes, floatation devices, helmets, harnesses etc.
