We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that helps us connect deeply with compassion and emotional clarity. As the warm cacao flows through your body, you’ll be guided through a meditation focused on forgiveness and release—for yourself, others, and all that needs to be left behind before stepping into a new energetic chapter.

Through guided journaling prompts, you’ll explore:

Please inform us of any allergies. Our cacao is lovingly prepared with water, vanilla soya milk, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and a touch of Himalayan salt, and is infused with Reiki energy.

If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking MAOIs/SSRIs, please let us know so we can adjust your cacao dose accordingly.

Yoga mats, blankets, and cushions will be provided for your comfort.
