Come join us for a deep dive into technique, new sequences, transitions and choreo work! We'll end the show with a student showcase that will inspire your inner monster (optional participation). There are 10 points in the studio and heights range from 7 meters to 8.5 meters high. The structure is certified by an engineer and has been rigged by professionals with only the best equipment.
The talented and experienced Nadia Fasola will be teaching, bringing her decade of knowledge and honed technique to each class. In the optional afternoon class, Meredith Levitt will help you with transitions and choreo (how to create your own or fine tune what you've already got!). It's not what you do, it's how you do it!
As a bonus option, you can sign up for aerial yoga classes too :)

Max of 12 participants so you'll get lots of personal attention. All levels welcome but beginners should know basic climbs, foot lock, hip key, catchers and be able to invert with ease.
SAMPLE DAY: 5 days of training and 1 excursion day
9-11: first class focusing on technique
11:30-coffee break
11:30-1:30 second class (sequences, transitions, choreo)
1:30-4: lunch break & terrace time with jacuzzi and sea views
4-6 optional choreo work for the student showcase (you can also go explore the algarve in this time if you prefer)
6:30 dinner

EXCURSION DAY:
9:30-1 kayaking to the grottoes and caves along the coast of Lagos
1-3 picnic on the beach
