The Tri-City Mall is hosting a Halloween Howl complete with sparkle tattoos, balloon twisting, and a dance party hosted by G&C DJ Services. There will be a costume parade and trick or treating, with prizes for the best costumes. And of course, we will be there taking photos. Sunday, Oct 27 from 11-2. Come have a howling good time!
