The Washington County Environmental Center is hosting a free Halloween Costume Swap on Wednesday, October 2 from 4-6 p.m. Instead of buying new this year, share and reuse costumes that would otherwise only be worn once. Donations are not required to get a costume. Limit one costume per child.????????? ??????! Drop-off your clean, gently-used children's costumes through Saturday, September 28. Donation sites include the South Environmental Center, Washington County Libraries, and Public Health & Environment office locations.
