Join us for our Spooky Boo Bungee workshop, where Halloween magic meets bungee fitness in an exhilarating, fun-filled experience!In this fang-tastic workshop, kids will learn the basics of bungee fitness; including equipment, terminology, and safety practices. They will learn to set up their lane, size their harness, and how to use and work with the bungee system. We will introduce them to a variety of spooky movements with the bungee and link the movements together to create beginner sequences. The workshop will be a 35 minute set up, a 30 minute class, and a 10 min cool down.
