Want to add finishing touches to your costume, or need just a few more decorations before Halloween arrives? Come craft monsters, masks, and ghouls with Mac and Dusk!
Together, we will be crafting sustainable Halloween decorations you can use not only this year, but many to come. Sustainability doesn’t have to equal keeping things minimalistic, so long as you are mindful of your material use and how long your decorations can last.
As well as crafting decor, we will be offering a space for those who need to mend up old costumes, or maybe need to add a few more details to complete their Halloween look.
As always, supplies are limited! Feel free to bring your own if needed.

Come join Blue Heron Nature Preserve's adults-only craft club, where we celebrate creativity and encourage sustainable practices. You’ll get the feeling of summer camp again (without the endless hours in the sun!)
Led by our own educators, Mac and Dusk, each meetup offers approachable projects, encouragement, and plenty of space to experiment.

Each craft is a reminder that small choices can add up to a big difference for the Earth.
Pay-What-You-Can: All meetings are donation-based, with contributions helping cover the cost of supplies and keeping Craft Camp accessible to everyone.
Bring a Friend: RSVPs are requested to help us & you with planning, but walk-ins (and tagalongs!) are welcome too.
