About this Event
Our signature hybrid self-care peer support session that is fully accessible, children welcome!
Join us for a chance to vent, chat, share ideas and support one another in a non-judgmental space, plus a gentle yoga session to re-centre your mind and body. Includes coffee & tea in a private area, plus yoga / wellbeing session with a trained facilitator in the Dance Studio, Inspire Centre, Calderdale College.
We will meet in the foyer of the Inspire Centre to sign in and walk to the Dance Studio together. We will have guided sensory-friendly activities for your children, or they are welcome to join in with the yoga.
Pay It Forward:
Donation tickets are available for £6, or free concession tickets are available. Please be mindful that if you reserve a free place when you can afford the cost, this may limit access to those who truly benefit from financial support. The small donation helps ensure we can continue to offer sessions in the long term. That being said, we operate with no questions and no judgment!
Bookings:
These sessions will take place monthly on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep an eye out for next month's places to be released! If you sign up to our waitlist, we will notify you if a place becomes available.
