We’ll be shucking and grilling oysters right on the lawn all weekend long, bringing that just-off-the-coast feel straight to Lake Charles.
This year features a build-your-own chargrilled oyster station where you can start with fresh, pre-shucked oysters, choose from a lineup of signature butters and toppings, and have them grilled to order right in front of you. From garlic and tasso butter to smoked chili, hot honey, and even kimchi butter, plus toppings like bacon, herbs, charred jalapeño, and parmesan, there’s plenty of room to make it exactly how you want it.
Grab a drink, find a spot, and settle in for a weekend built around great food, lake views, and music from start to finish. Stop by for a bit or stay for the full set and take it all in.
