Hey guys have you ever tried Tai Chi before? This is not an exercise for elderly only you know. Tai Chi is all about moving our energy round our body so that we are in balance. The yin is balanced with the yang then we feel well. Come along on 23/11/25 to St Mary’s Parish Rooms, Balcombe, West Sussex to join Terry for our Tai Chi introduction. Try it yourself to see the benefit of it. I will also be leading group Reiki session and everyone will get a personal Angel cards/ Oracle cards with me too!! Tickets are £35 each but if ordered before early bird (23/10/25) you pay £30 only. You can secure this by paying a deposit (£5 non refundable).
