In Jan 2025 we are going to start the year focusing on self help on health. Join me and my guest speaker Jodie Eacott Reflexologist to learn a few tips on self reflexology and enjoy a group Reiki and meditation to relax and unwind. Reflexology works on acupressure points and these acupressure points are linked to different organs. By putting gentle pressure onto the corresponding pressure points, it is believed that it would have positive effects on the corresponding organs.
Tickets are £35 pounds each, you can enjoy an early bird fee (£30) if you either pay a £5 non refundable deposit or pay in full before 15/12/24.
After the early bird date, if you have been to my event before you can enjoy a discount fee of £32 each. Thank you 🙏
