Join the lovely Josh and Ann for a half day introduction to Glass Blowing!In this introduction to Glassblowing you will design and create your own bauble and vessel (tumbler or vase).
You will experience the key elements of Glassblowing, from gathering the molten glass from the furnace to colouring, shaping and blowing the glass and finally to putting the glass away in the kiln to cool overnight.
As the glass needs to cool over night, it will not be available to take away on the day, so pick up times will be arranged on the day of the course.
This course is suitable for ages 16 and above.
Included in your workshop price are cakes from the wonderful Plant by Kats Kitchen and tea and coffee will be provided throughout the course duration.
