Participants will be introduced to proven process improvement methods through an interactive manufacturing simulation, where they will learn to identify value-added versus non-value-added work, reduce waste, improve workflow, and better align production with customer demand. Through multiple simulation rounds, attendees will apply practical tools such as process mapping, workplace organization, standard work, visual management, and pull systems, gaining firsthand experience in how small, strategic changes can drive significant improvements in efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
