Participants will learn the ins and outs of meringue, learn about the origin of the famous Pavlova cake, beautifully decorate one of their own, then take it home to enjoy afterwards.
Camrey Smith, the woman behind Halcyon Patisserie, is a Pastry Chef and Cake Artist specializing in seasonal pastries and Palette Knife-style bespoke cakes. She infuses French techniques learned in culinary school with beloved flavors inspired from all over the world.
