About this Event
Haitian PrideXperience – 1st Edition is a celebration of Haitian culture in York, Pennsylvania, bringing together the Haitian diaspora, the local community, and anyone interested in Caribbean culture.
This inaugural event will feature a vibrant Haitian cultural marketplace with vendors offering Haitian art, flags, jewelry, apparel, and handcrafted goods. Guests will also be able to enjoy traditional Haitian food, including favorites such as griyo and bannann.
The program will include a cultural conversation exploring Haitian identity, diaspora, and community impact, followed by an evening of DJs, live performances, and traditional Haitian rhythms inspired by the energy of Haitian festivals.
Haitian PrideXperience is designed to celebrate Haitian pride, share Haitian music and culture with a broader audience, and establish a cultural tradition in York, PA.
