Haitian PrideXperience – 1st Edition is a dynamic celebration of Haitian culture in York, Pennsylvania, bringing together the Haitian diaspora, the local community, and anyone looking to experience Caribbean energy.
The event begins with a vibrant cultural marketplace from 5 PM to 9 PM, featuring Haitian vendors offering art, fashion, flags, jewelry, and handcrafted goods, along with authentic Haitian food such as griyo and bannann. Guests will also experience curated cultural elements throughout the space, highlighting key moments and facts about Haiti’s history and identity.
From 9 PM to 2 AM, the experience transitions into a high-energy celebration with DJs and live performances, featuring renowned Haitian artist Vanessa Désiré performing live with her band. The night will close with a traditional Rara performance by Rara Bēl Poze, bringing the spirit of Haitian street culture to the stage.
