Have you ever had your head/hair stroked in such a way as to provoke a sense of calm, safety, care?
Do you enjoy the sensation of running your fingers through someone's hair?
Do you appreciate the effect you have upon them as you stroke and play with their head or hair?
Have you ever had your hair (or head) worshiped? Would you like to?
The intention we have when we touch someone can be felt by the receiver.
The way we touch someone conveys a certain quality or feeling.
Within guidelines of consent and boundaries, I will guide you through an exploration of the most wonderful activity that you didn't even know you wanted to learn about.
Something you never realized could feel this good.
I taught a short, 'festival' version of this workshop to 78 beautiful humans...single, partnered, men, women, long haired, short haired...many with no hair...and I was told by participants it was life changing.

About Coach Lynda
Lynda Switzer B.A., B. Ed. is a relationship alchemist, Neuro-Transformational Business and Relationship Coach, Facilitator and Educator who works with individuals, couples, families and larger groups to identify, erase and replace limiting beliefs, and to dramatically improve their communication to enhance their quality and depth of connection.

Lynda holds Bachelor's degrees in Arts and Education from Wilfrid Laurier and Queen’s Universities. She's a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, a Certified Neuro Transformational Coach, trained in Nonviolent Communication, Tantra Counselling, Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, and Neuro Linguistic Programing. She considers life an opportunity to strive to live fully and love fearlessly.
