AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:Hair The Musical; Open Call Auditions will be held January 14th and 15th at Dormouse Theatre at 7pm. Prepare 32 bars of a rock/pop song in the style of the show (Hair songs welcome).
Bring sheet music in your key (an accompanist will be provided) or a karaoke track cued and ready to play (Bluetooth speaker provided).
Be ready to improvise and learn movement.
Cold readings from the script may be requested.
ABOUT THE SHOW:
The show includes mature themes, sexual simulation, strong language, and moments that may involve nudity (participation in this aspect is entirely optional and will be discussed with full respect for each performer’s comfort level).
Because of this content, all cast members must be 18 years of age or older by audition date. This ensures we are honoring both the intent of the material and the responsibilities we have to our cast.

We are seeking a diverse, inclusive, and vibrant ensemble of actors, singers, and dancers who can bring raw energy, authenticity, and heart to the Tribe. All roles are open to performers of all races, ethnicities, body types, gender identities, and abilities.
