Free Introduction to MSC: Wednesday, January 14 from 6-7 p.m.
8-Week course: Wednesday, Jan. 21 - Mar. 11 from 6-8:30 p.m. plus a half day retreat on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 1-5 p.m. Tiered pricing available with sliding scale options based on financial need.

The goal of MSC is for participants to directly experience self-compassion and learn practices that evoke self-compassion in daily life. This is a secular program. Everyone is welcome, including people of all backgrounds and identities, although the course is intended for adults age 18+. No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required to attend MSC.
