What to Expect
🧠Morning – Cybersecurity Fundamentals
A guided review of core cybersecurity concepts using the TryHackMe learning platform (online attack/defense labs).
Topics include:
- Basic networking principles
- Server systems
- Linux command-line essentials
- Core concepts in offensive security
This part ensures all attendees have a shared foundational understanding before doing hands-on work.
💻 Afternoon – Capture The Flag (CTF) Challenge
After the foundation session, you’ll tackle a CTF cybersecurity exercise — a practical “hack the box” style challenge where the goal is to:
âś” Analyze vulnerable systems
âś” Identify and exploit weaknesses
âś” Retrieve hidden flags (coded strings representing proof of successful exploitation)
Participants will develop real-world problem-solving, analytical, and methodical cybersecurity skills.
