Join us for Tulare's beloved Cinco de Mayo celebration! The Hispanic Alliance for Culture, Education, and Recognition (HACER) invites you to an afternoon and evening of live music, dancing, food, and family fun at the newly renovated Zumwalt Park.

This year's fiesta features live performances by The Band August, the talented dancers of Ballet Folklorico Perlas de Mexico, and the beautiful sounds of Mariachi Nuevo Rubí.
Enjoy food vendors, community and retail booths, a grito contest, kids' piñata, raffle prizes, and more!
We'll also be honoring our 2026 HACER scholarship recipients—local high school seniors pursuing higher education.

1:45 PM – Flag salute and National Anthem
2:00 PM – Mariachi Nuevo Rubí
3:30 PM – Ballet Folklorico Perlas de Mexico
4:30 PM – Grito Contest, Raffle, and Kids' Piñata
5:15 PM – Scholarship Recipient Recognition
5:45 PM – Final Raffle Winners Announced

This free community event also serves as a fundraiser for HACER scholarships. We've been celebrating Cinco de Mayo at Zumwalt Park since 1999—come be part of the tradition!
