Join us for a brand new offering every month for a rejuvenating session of Yin Yoga, followed by a refreshing Lenny Boy beverage of your choice. "Habitual Yinny at Lenny" is a unique experience designed to harmonize body and mind while fostering meaningful connections.
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and delve into a meditative practice, emphasizing longer-held postures to tap into your body's deeper connective tissues. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension. This is a practice suitable for all levels.
After the class, you're invited to stay and connect with the Habitual Roots community over your complimentary Lenny Boy beverages. It's an opportunity to unwind, converse, and connect.
What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and any props to allow yourself to get deeper into the poses~ Blocks/Bolsters/Blankets we will have limited bolsters accessible!
