After a lengthy break of recovery, self discovery and a realignment from bitter cynicism, Cabbage frontman Lee Wilson Rabello bring’s Gaol Bird and a net positive of Scuzz Beat and Surf Kraut to promote the cutting of the Ouroboros. No longer shall the self righteous beast eat itself while promoting artistic torture in the form of a drug and alcohol escape and instead offer an intrusive alternative in the form of town-punk chic nostalgia with a spitting and biting array of human emotions for cathartic release. Gaol Bird choose humility, moderation and advocate for self-care and true accomplished contentment.

MERE AMORE’s sound is a raw, cathartic explosion of chaos, blending riot grrrl punk, gritty grunge, and experimental flair.
