About this Event
Ever struggle with actually doing what you say you're going to do when it comes to your health and wellness? (I get that!) Making changes that last can feel like 3 steps forward and 5 step back. In this Bootcamp style format, we'll go over 3 tried and true methods for habit building and you'll leave with an actionable goal to put in to place in real life. This is an interactive group session where each participant is encouraged to share at their comfort level.
Bring a notebook and get ready to dive deep into habit building. We'll be focused on health and wellness and finding ways to prioritize our goals. I'll share what has worked for me and building in the "Goldilocks" way for making changes.
All sessions are free.
After Bootcamp, all participants will be added to my free Monday Motivation Blog/Newsletter with healthy living tips & inspo, and just the right support to keep new habits going.
