Making changes that last can feel like 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. In this Bootcamp style format (short & sweet) we'll go over 3 tried and true methods for habit building and you'll leave with an actionable goal to put into place in real life.
This is an interactive group session where each participant is encouraged to share at their comfort level.
Bring a notebook and get ready to dive deep into habit building. We'll be focused on health and wellness and finding ways to prioritize our goals. I'll share what has worked for me and the "Goldilocks" way for making changes.
All sessions are free.
