This is a 3-day camp that is not a sleepover; it starts each morning at 930 and goes until 1230pm.Harry Potter Camp – Please feel free to have your kids dress up!!
Each day, we will have pop quizzes for the second book All questions will be related to Book 3!
Also, after projects are completed, I will have mini crafts/worksheets/coloring pages for students to work on This will help keep them busy while others are finishing up.
The house with the most points at the end of the week will get a cool prize!
Make sure to start reading to freshen up your HP knowledge!
Day one – sort into houses – Start right out the gate with designing and making our Book of Monsters This should take the entire time of day one and some of day 2. We will have a Boggart Transformation -drawing our fears, then transforming them into something silly.
Day two – Patronus paintings – take a quiz and find out your patronus, and then paint it & Grim Tea Cups- Paint the inside of teacups black to represent Trelawney’s predictions. - tea and cookies will be available during this time (Work on anything not completed when finishing)
Day three -Making SPEW Scarves & Finishing up projects plus watching the movie!
Snacks will be provided, as well as easy crafts for campers to work on while the movie is on!
Ages: 8 – 17
Bring:
Snack/lunch daily – NO nuts/peanut butter or sugary drinks; I do have a water cooler if you would like to bring a water bottle or tea :)
Sewing Machine – if you have one – please bring
