Þetta verður þriðja hálendishátíð Landverndar og eru listamennirnir í ár á heimsklasa!! Við munum kynna tónlistaratriðin á næstu dögum svo nældu þér í miða á meðan þeir eru heitir!
Hálendishátíðin er hluti af stærra átaki Landverndar til að vekja athygli á verndun íslenskrar náttúru og skapa samstöðu um að tryggja að komandi kynslóðir fái að njóta hennar óspilltrar. Við trúum því að tónlist hafi einstakan mátt til að snerta hjörtu og hvetja til aðgerða.
Húsið opnar klukkan 19:30 en hátíðin byrjar 20:00

The first day of summer, we will celebrate the highlands with a great show in Iðnó.
This will be Landvernd´s third Highland-festival and this year's artists are out of this world!! We will be introducing the musical acts in the coming days so grab your tickets while they last!
The highland festival is part of Landvernd's larger effort to raise awareness of the protection of Icelandic nature and create solidarity to ensure that future generations can enjoy it unspoiled. We believe that music has a unique power to touch hearts and inspire action.
The house opens at 19:30.

We want to increase understanding and knowledge of the Highlands, but also encourage everyone to stand behind Landvernd and support the organization in being an advocate for nature, which cannot defend itself. The Icelandic Highlands are a unique pearl on a global scale, no matter how you look at it.
The Highlands Festival is a benefit concert, where the proceeds will be used to fight for the Icelandic Highlands so that we all and future generations can enjoy its wonders
