𝐇Ú𝐋𝐀𝐃 𝐑•𝐗: 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 is an independently organized zine fest in Northern Mindanao catered to promoting local literature through zine culture in Region X. Funded by the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 (𝗡𝗖𝗖𝗔), this collaboration between 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁, 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗹-𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗣𝗖, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗵𝗶𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗼 (𝗡𝗔𝗚𝗠𝗔𝗖), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘇𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 aims to foster a space for local writers, collectives, artists, and its readers to connect, discuss, and contribute to elevating the local literary arts scene in the region. The event is open to exhibitors from Region X and producers from across Mindanao. What to expect:
