A Romani 3-course dinner experience with cultural influence from the many lands the gypsy people have called home.Join us for guest chef Joe Stumpe's Gypsy Romani Feast + Wine Pairing February 27, 7pm. $60/ ticket includes 3-course dinner with wine pairings, gratuity and tax. Starters: Blini topped with crėme fraîche and smoked salmon; caviar and sour cream. House made pickles. Cold borscht shooter.
Main Course: Stuffed peppers with beef, rice, raisin, nuts; chicken paprikash, and pasta tossed with sour cream, farmers cheese and dill.
Dessert: Poppy seed torte with lemon ganache.
Each course will come with a wine pairing, thoughtfully selected by head Bubbles bartender, Paige Jordan, to perfectly enhance the food selection for an elevated dining experience in a newly expanded BUBBLES dining room.
