This is a open session for anyone that is keen to see what gymnastics is all about. It is a great opportunity for any budding gymnasts to come along and try a few things and see what classes and training might be best for them before committing and booking for a full term. You can even ask all those questions that you've always wondered, but haven't had a chance to ask before! This session open session is 2 hours, stay for as long or little as you like.We will have coaches from some of our classes coming along to help guide and support your gymnast to use the equipment.
