Join us for our third annual Gym Wars competition!This competition is open to members of CrossFit Souhegan, CrossFit Nashua, and CrossFit Pepperell only.
Teams of 3, any gender mix (M/M/M, F/F/F, M/M/F, M/F/F), RX and Scaled divisions. Team members can be from different boxes.
RX standards- you should be able to perform at least 90% of the box workouts RX.
Scaled standards- ANYONE can do it, we can adjust based on limitations (injury, mobility, etc)
Never done a competition before? This is a PERFECT first comp.
We will be completing three workouts during this event, there will be recovery time between workouts.
Timing:
Arrival- 8:30am
Start- 9:00am
We should be done by 1pm
