Come bounce with us for a high-energy rebounding class that blends dance, cardio, and strength intervals — all on a trampoline!
This isn’t your average workout. Think infectious music, feel-good movement, and a room full of gyals hyping each other up while we jump, sweat, and shake off the stress. Rebounding is low-impact but high-intensity, meaning it’s gentle on your joints while still giving you that deep burn and cardio glow.
