Welcome to the third concert of the gWinds Wind Ensemble!🎶This concert can be attended by Googlers and their registered guests wearing guest badges. No RSVP needed.

This cycle features pieces originally for different groups, performed in concert order. The program opens with two works for wind band: Cenotaph by Jack Stamp and Holst's 1st Suite in E♭. These are followed by Pas Redoublé by Saint-Saens (Josneau transcription), originally for piano. After the intermission, the program includes Irish Tune from County Derry, arranged by Lowenstern. Next is My Old Kentucky Home by Foster (Cowherd arrangement), originally composed for choir. Rounding out the selection are Children’s March by Grainger, transcribed from piano, and O Magnum Mysterium by Lauridsen (Reynolds transcription), which was originally for choir.
