About this Event
After a brief hiatus, we are back.
We've just finished a massive holiday where Will visited mainland China and Hong Kong and Alex visited South Korea and Japan.
This is going to be our first set menu, available for one day and one day only. We're going to be cooking food inspired by our travels and what is available seasonally to us.
The menu hasn't been completed yet but it should look something like this,
Marketmore cucumbers & shiitake pickle
Squash & tofu wontons, black vinegar dip
Grilled cabbage, mala sauce and crispy alliums
Sesame & Peanut miso noodles
Smoked carrots, lardo, egg yolk & soy
Orange Chicken/Cauliflower
Pressed rice
Ma lai go
Miygawa Pâte de fruit
The menu will be vegan/vegetarian friendly but due to the nature of the event we won't be able to cater to any allergies.
