About this Event
Build a strong future, your way.
The Guyulgang Futures (Strong Futures) Program is about strength in culture, confidence, skills and community. Delivered by ACEREZ, Fusion Training Services, Skillset and Yilabara, this program supports Aboriginal people and local job seekers to step into the construction industry in a culturally safe, supportive and welcoming way.
You’ll start with a 4‑week pre‑employment program where you’ll learn hands‑on trade skills, build confidence, and prepare for work alongside trainers, mentors and community support. The program brings together practical training, wellbeing, and real connections with local employers.
After completing the program, participants may move into a paid apprenticeship in residential construction with a local host employer.
If you’re motivated, ready to learn, and looking for a pathway into secure work, we’re here to walk alongside you.
