Haridas Shenoy as a heartfelt tribute to our revered Gurus, the series provides a formal platform for budding talents and distinguished maestros alike, blending tradition with continuity. Over the years, Guru Smaran has grown into a meaningful celebration of devotion, artistry, and cultural legacy, bringing audiences closer to the spiritual and aesthetic essence of Indian classical music.
In 2024, Guru Smaran reached new heights by featuring legendary artists such as Pt. Anindo Chatterjee and Ustad Sabir Khan, whose performances captivated listeners and highlighted the depth and brilliance of India’s classical tradition. This milestone elevated the event to a larger stage and attracted a wider audience eager to experience its soulful offerings.
In 2025, Guru Smaran continues this journey with an exceptional line-up of stalwarts: Padma Shri Pt. Ronu Majumdar on flute, Pt. Kumar Bose on tabla, Shri Siddhartha Belmannu on vocal, Shri Sarfaraaz Khan on sarangi, and Shri Yogeesh Bhat on tabla.
