What Q2 FY27 closing means for property buyers,
Q2 FY27 runs from April 1 to June 30. Developers who have not met their Q2 targets are maximally motivated to close in the final week. By July 1, those targets reset - and the motivation to offer special payment terms, extended first-payment timelines, or unit allocation concessions resets with them.,
The buyers who close on June 29 or June 30 at Q2 terms are buying a different version of the same transaction than the buyers who close in October.
