One must be very physical and mentally be prepared for this strenuous hike and is a good training ground for people who are seeking to climb higher mountains like Kota Kinabalu, Mount Semeru, Mount Kerinci and Mountains in Nepal
ATTRACTIONS/THINGS TO DO:
Gunung Nuang via Pangsun (Peak1493m)
is the 86th highest peak in Malaysia but is a strenuous hike with average hiking of 10-12 hours on total of 20km (1 way is 10km).
The Pangsun route requires a very long walk, a test of endurance and tough but definitely an enjoyable with one of the great experience before several streams crossing and a killer climb. The view at the top however is the same – lush and green, and that mountain air – clean.

Average of 4 hours to 6 hours ascent and 4-6 hours descent
THIS IS NOT BEGINNER HIKE!!
You need to have a good fitness level (exercise regularly) and relevant trekking experience to sign up for this hike.

In order to maximize the fun of mountaineering, all participants must have a clear understanding of the nature and characteristics of the mountains, their own physical fitness and health, and all injuries must be borne by themselves.
NOTES:
1. Strictly adhere to cut off time
2. There is no toilet facilities, need to find your own way if urgent!!
3. Itinerary is a rough average timing - actual hike shorter or longer
4. Guides have ultimate say to decide to cancel the hike or to ‘stand down’ in the event of bad weather due to safety concern
5. Each Movement and time will change is accordingly to the pace of the participants, it is possible to leave early or late
6. We will take 5 - 10Minutes at each Checkpoint
7. Participants should get down with the Guide on the Duty
