About this Event
New year, new strength! Join CMFA Maryland for our second SELF-DEFENSE training class! The class will provide technical training, combative conditioning and situational awareness for individuals looking to learn more on how to defend themselves. We will be offering separate classes for men and women as the curriculums are different – both are encouraged to attend!
After the training, we’ll spend time in the state-of-the-art RANGE and SIMULATOR!

Registration includes self-defense training, range time & ammunition (subject to a limit), simulator time, food & drinks.
