Nicholas Ray is a promising, self-taught musician/singer/songwriter hailing from Maryland's Eastern Shore. Nicholas creates his music based on life experiences that many people can relate to. He is strongly influenced by the sounds of Zach Bryan as well as Charles Wesley Godwin, and Tyler Childers. Nicholas is well known for his indie country; his laid back- relaxed style which makes his music easy listening and thought provoking. Best known singles released recently; "Marlboro Man", and "Run Away" can be heard on all streaming platforms! Nicholas Ray is supported and joined by his Band “Gunners Rest”. His well seasoned and extremely talented group includes “Rob McFarland” Bassist and “Austen Mac” - Drummer. His Band plays a wide variety of Country music hits plus a great selection of Original Music you’re sure to enjoy!
