The Iconic R3 Hotel, Bar and Restaurant is the premier LGBTQIA+ Entertainment Hotel in the Russian River area of Western Sonoma County. Located in the charming, rustic village of Guerneville, it blends majestic redwoods, cool river waters, and a laid-back attitude. Featuring 23 guest rooms, Baked on the River restaurant and R3 Hotel Bar and lounge surrounded by a sparkling pool and expansive sun decking, and outside seasonal entertainment area. Originally built as a drive-in motor lodge, the property still retains the U-shaped configuration with a central bar and pool surrounded by walkways, decking, mature landscaping, and countless container plantings. The seasonal Pool Bar and Outdoor Grill serves the very popular venue, which is host to sun seekers in the daytime and lively entertainment on the outdoor stage in the evenings.
About THTR Productions
THTR is Sonoma County's premier queer entertainment company that explores the untapped intersection between nightlife and live theatre. Dan Gutierrez, Ken Urso, and Danny Gorman relocated to Sonoma County from New York City. Their credits include the Broadway productions of Chicago and Sunset Boulevard, the West End productions of Man of La Mancha and Carousel, as well as teaching at the Actors Studio Drama School and the Kennedy Center. In addition to their theatre and education backgrounds, they have produced and managed special events throughout Manhattan including fundraising galas, corporate events, graduations, weddings, and award shows at venues including The Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center, SECOND NYC, Greenroom 42, and Pace University. They have traded the bright lights of Manhattan for the vineyards of Sonoma County and love providing quality entertainment in their new hometown.
