Take a deep breath… and exhale. Gumeracha Sound Sanctuary is your monthly invitation to slow down, sink into stillness and allow the soothing vibrations of sound to bring you back into harmony.
A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience where you’ll be immersed in the healing tones of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other relaxing instruments designed to melt away stress, quiet the mind and nourish your entire being. The gentle waves of sound help guide you into a meditative state, supporting relaxation, inner balance and a sense of peace that lingers long after the session ends.

The Experience
- A welcoming, cozy space to unwind and just be.
- Laying or sitting in a comfortable position on the floor. Chairs can be provided if you prefer.
- A short, guided relaxation to help you settle in.
- A full-body sound immersion using a variety of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs.
- A few moments of silence after the sound bath to allow for deep integration.
- A gentle return to wakefulness, with time to ground and reorient before heading back into your evening.

What to Bring
To get the most out of your experience, please prioritise your own comfort by bringing:
- Yoga mat or something comfy to lie on. If you are concerned about laying down at floor level you may like to bring a reclining portable/camp chair.
- Blanket and socks to keep cozy (shoes will be removed at the door)
- Pillows or bolster for head and knee support.
- Eye pillow or scarf (some people like extra darkness to really drop in).
- Water bottle to stay hydrated before and after the session.
- Journal and a pen if you like to take any notes of feelings or insights that come through while in your deeply relaxed state.

Arriving & Settling In
To create a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for everyone, please arrive with enough time to get settled before we begin. The doors open at 7:15pm and will be locked at 7:30pm - late entry won’t be possible. This ensures the session remains a deeply relaxing and safe space for all.
I recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to set up your space, get comfy and transition out of the day’s busyness before we begin. Refunds aren’t available for late arrivals, so please plan ahead and give yourself the gift of arriving unrushed.

Contraindications
Sound baths are safe and deeply relaxing, however there are a few cases where extra care is needed. Please check in with me before booking if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device (certain vibrations may interfere).
- Experience epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound.
- Are in your first trimester of pregnancy (some deep frequencies may not be recommended).
- Have severe tinnitus, vertigo or sensitivity to sound.
- Have any mental health concerns - this level of relaxation can sometimes bring up deep emotions, I want to ensure you feel supported in your journey.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to shift. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future session or gift your spot to a friend – please just let me know with at least 24 hours' notice.
Due to the limited spaces available, refunds are not available for cancellations, late arrivals or no-shows. This helps honour the energy and preparation that goes into holding this space.
