Get to know the instructor:

Craig Grage is a fully certified baseball umpire with extensive experience across multiple states. He began his officiating career in 1994, in Indiana, with Cal Ripken Baseball and transitioned to calling high school games in 2000. Over the years, Craig has umpired a wide range of events, from recreational leagues to collegiate games. Notable achievements include multiple PG tournaments to include a national World Series, officiating the Florida High School Gold Coast All-Star Game in 2023 and 2024, as well as serving as an ACCC collegiate umpire, and served as the head umpire for West Central Youth Baseball for 15 years. His dedication to the sport and skillful officiating have earned him top recognition at various levels of play. Craig is volunteering his time to the clinic in order to bridge a gap within rule interpretation, game management, coach/umpire relationships, as well as furthering knowledge of officiating customs during game play. Mr. Craig's time and knowledge given to the Gulf Coast for this clinic is invaluable, and we look forward to having him out!
