Back to our Monday's Tasting with Pablo who will guide as well perfectly well trhough a fantastic selection of Languedoc Wines.
Pablo is our General Manager. He grew up in Spain and he started working in tapas bars at just 16 years old. After combining his studies in Business and Administration with his work in hospitality, he decided to move to the UK in 2012. He has a wide career path in restaurants and bars in Bath and London where he has collaborated in the creation of wine lists in different establishments. In Comptoir, he is running the business since the opening. His passion and dedication for French wines drove him to develop his wine knowledge and achieve an Advance Sommelier qualification. His wine list is carefully selected by himself which includes exclusively unique French independent suppliers.
