With hands-on experience from chocolate farms in Hawaii and expertise in Bean-to-Bar Chocolate, Mia brings her refined skills to Babylon Chocolates, offering a truly luxurious experience.

This special event features a 5-piece wine flight, each glass meticulously paired with one of Mia’s exceptional chocolates. During the class, Mia will guide you through the flavor profiles of each pairing, providing an enriching and delicious experience. All chocolates featured will also be available for purchase.
