About this Event
Join us on our walk along Brightlingsea Marshes Nature Reserve and celebrate the coming of spring with us! Our team of coastal rangers will guide you from Bateman’s Tower along the seawall towards Moverons gate and back. The terrain is flat and accessible, though not paved, with two benches along the way.
We will meet at Bateman’s Tower at 13:00 and will walk for approximately 2 hours. Please bring suitable footwear, as the paths can get muddy and slippery after wet weather. There are toilets and a kiosk available on site. Dogs are welcome to join in but MUST be kept on leads for the entire duration of the walk.

How to Prepare for Your Day:
- Binoculars if you’d like to do some bird watching
- Suitable footwear – Waterproof highly recommended
- Weather appropriate clothing- it can get very windy on the sea wall!
- Dogs MUST be kept on leads at all times
- Bring poo bags if bringing a dog
