About this Event
Welcome to Guided Vinyasa Yoga and Breathwork!
Join us in person for a 75-minute restorative Guided Vinyasa yoga session featuring transformative breathwork. The goal of this yoga class is to foster peace and clarity.
The class begins with grounding, invigorating breathwork, then guides the body through a focused warm-up, eventually building to a level that challenges us physically and mentally. This helps us practice our response to stress, quiet fight-or-flight impulses, and discern our true needs in the present. After reaching our "edge," we gradually cool the body, taking time to return to a calm state, where we use restorative breathwork to fully absorb what we have accomplished.
Suitable for all levels, this event helps you connect deeply with body and mind as you move and breathe toward relaxation. Bring your mat (chairs are available for participants who need them), wear comfortable clothes, and prepare to flow and breathe deeply in a welcoming environment.
