About this Event
Join us for a Guided Trail Walk Meditation led by Brian Vaugh, an ordained Buddhist Priest. Brian will offer instruction on the foundations of walking meditation — including posture, breath awareness, intentional movement, and cultivating present-moment awareness and silence. Participants will learn to engage the senses gently and move mindfully along the trail. Attendees will then divide into small groups to practice on separate trails before reconvening for a facilitated discussion and debrief at the trailhead. This free event is open to all experience levels and emphasizes mindfulness, reflection, and connection with nature.
