- General Session Info -

Having a tough week? Looking for a way to let go of stress and emotions? Our Somatic Breathwork group session is the perfect solution for those seeking to release pent-up stress and emotions while reconnecting with their true selves. Breathwork has been shown to be effective in managing anxiety and stress, as well as regulating your nervous system. We provide a safe space where all forms of expression are welcome, including laughing, crying, yelling, and movement. Our goal is to help you connect with others and embrace your true self. The session includes music from a variety of artists and guided questions to help you dive deep and reflect. Leave all your stress on the mat and see what you'll discover.

- Be Prepared -

We have a variety of yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters, so no need to bring your own unless you'd prefer to have your own mat or blanket with you!
You can choose to bring the following to your session if it would make you feel more comfortable along your journey:

- Water bottle; no open containers like Yeti cups please!

- Sleep mask; if desired

- Chapstick; not required but recommended

Our Location has changed! If you've previously attended a class with us at Dancers Workshop (78759), be sure to check out the new address below as we've since moved to Sol Healing & Wellness Center (78728). Once on site, we're located at Sol Studio, which can be seen below:

We recommend you arrive at 1:50 PM to get grounded in the space before your session. We will start promptly at 2:00 PM. The space will not be open prior to 1:45 PM.

- Liability Waiver -

Last but certainly not least, please sign the Liability Release Agreement Waiver before attending your session. You can do so online through our partner, WaiverForever: HERE. Once you have signed our waiver, it is good for any future sessions unless your medical or pregnancy status should change so no need to sign if you've done so in the past! If you have trouble signing it online, we will ask you to sign in person before completing your session. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
