Set out in good time so you arrive at the retreat nice and relaxed. Take a deep breath, let go, rest and recharge your mind on a silent retreat.
This retreat is suitable for beginners with a little experience, whether through attending a beginners class or practicing with an app, and also will suit those with a deeper experience who wish to gain experience of Mindful Meditation and spend time in silence with a group of Meditation practitioners.
Please note the attendees maintain silence to help you go deeper into your Meditations, there will however be some talking by the retreat guide during the formal sessions.
Guided by with a rich experience of guiding day, week and month retreats in the UK, Thailand, Italy and Spain.
There will be chance right at the end of the retreat to discuss (paired) with a fellow retreater and ask any questions, or you can simple leave on a cloud of silent calm without engaging in this discussion π
The rest of the day will be in complete silence, other than the guided sessions by the teacher, this helps to deepen your experience of the practices.
Although there are no ice-breakers, youβll find as the day progresses and your mind becomes peaceful, an effortless bond and connection developing with other participants.
All those who attend will take home a deeper experience of Mindful Meditation along with practices they can continue with at home.
